Appointment confirmations
Scheduling communications
Other administrative communications associated with services you have requested

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to an applicable Blue Wellth text message.

After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will then stop receiving SMS messages covered by that opt-in unless you subsequently enroll again.

12. QuickBooks Online Integration

Blue Wellth may operate an internal integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online to support administrative billing, reconciliation, and account-management workflows.

When authorized by Blue Wellth, the integration may retrieve limited information from Blue Wellth’s QuickBooks Online account, including:

Customer names and contact information
QuickBooks customer identifiers
Invoice identifiers and invoice numbers
Invoice dates
Due dates
Invoice totals
Outstanding balances
Payment status
Related accounting transaction metadata

The integration is intended to operate on a read-only basis.

It is not designed to:

Create or modify invoices
Initiate payments
Issue refunds
Modify customer financial records
Change accounting transactions
Make other accounting changes within QuickBooks Online

Information retrieved from QuickBooks Online may be used within Blue Wellth-controlled administrative systems for purposes including billing visibility, reconciliation, and appropriate account follow-up.

Blue Wellth does not sell QuickBooks-derived information or use such information for third-party advertising.

Blue Wellth may modify, suspend, disconnect, or discontinue its QuickBooks integration at any time. Authorization to QuickBooks Online may also be revoked through applicable Intuit account controls.

Following disconnection, Blue Wellth will cease retrieving new information through the integration. Information previously retained for legitimate accounting, operational, legal, or recordkeeping purposes may be retained as permitted or required by law.

Intuit and QuickBooks are third-party services. Their products and services are governed by Intuit’s applicable terms, privacy policies, and service availability.
