The health moment

You want to stay capable, not simply well-informed.

Performance is comprehensive full-system physician-led longevity across multiple major health pillars in a structured ongoing model.

  • 01

    Connect several health priorities

  • 02

Turn useful information into a focused plan

  • 03

Reassess as the goal and picture evolve

The broader view

Bring connected priorities into one useful view.

Performance is designed for a broader health-performance question that still fits a defined, self-directed physician-guided relationship.

Health context

The goals, history and constraints relevant to the broader question.

Relevant measures

Only information that can clarify the question or change the path.

Lived performance

How strength, energy, recovery and capacity show up outside the data.

Action priorities

The small number of next steps the model can responsibly support.

Testing

A comprehensive testing foundation across the pillars.

Performance uses a foundation of 250 biomarkers covering 600 health markers, tested at baseline, in the second quarter, at midyear and in the fourth quarter. It is intentionally comprehensive. The difference from Signature is not that Performance is “simple” or “less serious.” Signature adds deeper individualized synthesis, testing selected for the individual rather than from a set panel, bespoke team support and more intensive execution and accountability.

250 biomarkers covering 600 health markers

  • 02

Testing at baseline, in the second quarter, at midyear and in the fourth quarter

  • 03

DEXA body composition, continuous glucose monitoring and VO2 max testing

  • 04

Coronary artery calcium scoring when clinically indicated

  • 05

    Wearable and connected-device integration

What you actually get

Seven physician interactions across the year.

The relationship is defined rather than open-ended, so what is included can be stated plainly.

  • 01

    A 15-minute intake

  • 02

    Three 60-minute follow-up visits

  • 03

    Three flexible 30-minute follow-up visits

  • 04

Quarterly nutrition and fitness plan updates

  • 05

Messaging with the care team between visits

  • 06

Medications or supplements only when clinically appropriate. Product costs are separate.

A whole-system view

Eight domains may shape the question.

Depending on the person and the goal, a broader physician-guided review may consider these connected domains. They are not a promise of a particular test, therapy or inclusion.

01

Cardiovascular health

The capacity and risk context that support an active life.

02

Metabolic health

The patterns that can shape energy, resilience and long-term health.

03

Hormone health

Relevant hormonal context when it matters to the defined question.

04

Muscle and body composition

Strength and physical reserve for work, sport and independence.

05

Sleep and recovery

How recovery patterns affect energy, performance and follow-through.

06

Cognition

Clarity, focus and the factors that may influence brain health over time.

07

Fitness and performance

What the body can do in training, daily life and meaningful pursuits.

08

Relevant prevention and screening

Established preventive priorities coordinated with the appropriate clinicians.

What gets measured

Measurement should serve a decision.

A measure earns its place when it clarifies the health question, changes a priority or helps determine whether the plan should evolve. The number of tests is not the value proposition.

Clarify the question

Use relevant results to make the health question more precise.

Connect data to action

A finding matters when it changes a priority or next step.

Follow useful signals

Track what helps show direction, not data for its own sake.

Reassess the plan

Use meaningful change to decide whether the path should evolve.

The relationship over time

A broader question, narrowed into useful action.

Across the relationship, the work moves from a broader question to focused priorities, practical action and useful reassessment.

  1. 01

    Establish the goal

Define what the broader health-performance question is trying to accomplish.

  2. 02

    Review the picture

Bring together the information relevant to the broader goal.

  3. 03

    Align the plan

Choose priorities and specific next actions.

  4. 04

    Act

Carry out the plan within the defined model.

  5. 05

    Track

Follow useful signals rather than data for its own sake.

  6. 06

    Reassess

Update priorities or route elsewhere if complexity emerges.
