When you opt into our SMS service or otherwise communicate with Blue Wellth, we may collect information including:

  • Phone number used for SMS communications
  • Name and contact details provided during consultation, enrollment, or administrative interactions
  • Appointment-related information, such as scheduled times and confirmations
  • Message logs, including delivery status and HELP/STOP requests, as required for service functionality

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third-party marketers for their own advertising purposes.

2. How We Use SMS Information

Information collected through our SMS service is used for communications with Blue Wellth. This includes:

  • Sending appointment reminders
  • Sending appointment confirmations
  • Providing support when you send a “HELP” keyword
  • Managing unsubscribe and opt-out requests

SMS-related data is used to deliver and support the SMS service you opted into.

3. SMS Consent and Opt-Out

By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to appointments, consultations, and other service-related communications.

How to Unsubscribe

You may cancel SMS alerts at any time by texting “STOP” to the number or shortcode from which you received the message.

  • After receiving your request, we may send a confirmation SMS verifying your opt-out.
  • After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that opt-in.

If you wish to re-enroll, you may opt in again using the applicable enrollment process.

5. Message Delivery & Carrier Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply for outgoing and incoming messages.
  • Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with Blue Wellth.

Questions regarding charges from your wireless provider should be directed to that provider.

6. Data Protection & Security

Blue Wellth uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Access to information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require it for legitimate business purposes.

No data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Privacy Rights

You may request information about personal data Blue Wellth maintains about you or request correction or deletion where applicable.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Blue Wellth may use trusted third-party service providers to support communications, scheduling, billing, information technology, and other administrative functions.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Blue Wellth and are expected to protect information consistent with their contractual and legal obligations.

Blue Wellth may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Continued use of applicable Blue Wellth services after an updated policy is posted is subject to the revised policy.

10. QuickBooks Online Integration

Blue Wellth may use an internal integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online to support administrative billing and account-management workflows.

When authorized, the integration may retrieve limited accounting information from Blue Wellth’s QuickBooks Online account, including:

  • Customer names and contact information
  • QuickBooks customer and invoice identifiers
  • Invoice numbers
  • Invoice dates
  • Due dates
  • Invoice amounts
  • Outstanding balances
  • Payment status
  • Related accounting transaction metadata

The integration is intended to operate on a read-only basis. It is not designed to:

  • Create or modify invoices
  • Initiate payments
  • Issue refunds
  • Modify customer financial records
  • Make other accounting changes within QuickBooks Online

Information retrieved through the integration may be stored within Blue Wellth-controlled Workspace systems for internal administrative purposes, including billing visibility, reconciliation, and account follow-up.

Blue Wellth does not sell QuickBooks-derived information or use it for third-party advertising.

Access to QuickBooks-derived information is limited to authorized Blue Wellth personnel and service providers who require access for legitimate administrative purposes.

Authorization to QuickBooks Online may be revoked through Intuit account settings. After the integration is disconnected, Blue Wellth will cease retrieving new QuickBooks data. Information previously retained for legitimate accounting, legal, operational, or recordkeeping purposes may be retained as permitted or required by law.

Intuit and QuickBooks are third-party services governed by Intuit’s own terms and privacy practices.
