Hormone-related goals
A defined question where symptoms, context and appropriate evaluation need a clinician-guided plan.
Peak Health Essentials
Essentials is for people who want a structured physician-led pathway around a focused health goal without the deeper bespoke physician-and-team relationship of Signature.
This may fit when
A focused hormone-related, metabolic or weight-related goal
A defined health-performance goal
A relatively straightforward health picture
Comfort with a structured, self-directed model
No apparent need for deep records review, Blue Wellth coaching or Signature-level team support
Focused health questions
A defined question where symptoms, context and appropriate evaluation need a clinician-guided plan.
A focused path around weight, metabolic health and the practical factors that shape progress.
Clear priorities that connect nutrition and movement to the bounded health goal.
Useful measures and follow-through without treating every available data point as equally important.
What gets evaluated
The review remains proportional to the goal and should help clarify fit, priorities, limits and appropriate next actions.
DEXA body-composition assessment, giving practical context for composition, bone health and capability.
A broad lab view, interpreted in relation to the goal rather than sold as the product.
DEXA assessment adds practical context for composition, bone health and capability.
Connected-device insights and cognitive screening used as context, not stand-alone diagnoses.
Testing
Essentials combines physician guidance with a focused testing foundation of 170 biomarkers covering 350 health markers. The goal is not to make the program feel “basic.” It is to provide an intentional, bounded physician-led pathway when the health question is focused enough that deeper Signature-level synthesis is not necessary.
170 biomarkers covering 350 health markers
Interpreted against the focused hormone, metabolic or weight-related goal
Additional testing only when clinically appropriate
What you actually get
The relationship is concrete without pretending that every person needs every possible intervention.
A focused plan built around the defined health question and updated as useful information changes.
A 15-minute intake, a 60-minute action-plan visit and three 30-minute follow-up visits, delivered by a physician.
Direct messaging with the care team between visits, without a promise of unlimited access or a specific response time.
170 biomarkers covering 350 health markers, at baseline, in the second quarter, at midyear and in the fourth quarter.
DEXA body-composition and bone-density assessment, connected-device integration and cognitive screening.
A nutrition and fitness plan delivered at the action-plan visit, access to additional testing when clinically appropriate, and supported access to medications or supplements when clinically appropriate. Medication and supplement product costs are separate. Nothing is automatically prescribed.
How the year works
Across the year, the work moves from confirming fit to a focused plan, follow-through, useful measurement and reassessment.

Review the history, testing and inputs relevant to the defined question.
Translate the review into focused priorities and next actions.
Use scheduled guidance and care-team messaging within the bounded model.
Recheck the documented inputs that help show direction.
